At Porter Art Guild, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and art pieces. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Artwork
Carefully repackage the item in its original protective gallery packaging to ensure it arrives back to our studio in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
